A program for the design and analysis of factorial and response surface experiments

Implemented as an automatic add-in for MS Excel, WinDEX enables you to:

• design full and fractional two level factorials (the fractions depend on which interactions you specify) for up to fifteen control variables and eight response variables
• augment the two-level factorials with additional points so that quadratic models can be fitted
• include up to five concomitant variables in the model (those variables which may influence the results and which you can measure, but which you cannot control, such as ambient temperature)
• enter and edit experimental results
• fit the specified model (for each response variable) to the results, using least squares regression analysis
• print charts of effects, residuals and response variable
• predict the conditions for maximum and minimum values of the response variables within the original specified experimental limits
• predict the conditions for specified values of the response variables within the original experimental limits
• find the compromise conditions if there are several response variables
